She Runs It is a non-profit organization committed to helping women advance in marketing, media, and technology by providing access to mentorship programs, networking events, and professional development resources. The platform serves as a central hub for members and industry professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow.
To support this mission, we built a dynamic, user-friendly website with event management, membership subscriptions, and online payment processing. Our goal was to streamline the event registration process, improve membership management, and ensure a seamless payment experience for both agency-affiliated and individual members.
Agency-Affiliated Members – Employees of partner organizations register using a company email ID and do not pay directly.
Individual Members – Professionals who join independently complete a standard paid registration.
Memberships are automatically renewed via WooCommerce Subscriptions, ensuring continuous access without manual intervention. Members receive reminder notifications before renewal.
Yes! Members get access to mentorship programs, job boards, networking events, leadership workshops, and premium educational content.
WooCommerce handles secure transactions for event tickets & membership fees.
Payment gateways support multiple options, including credit cards & subscriptions.
Automated billing ensures smooth membership renewals.
